We offer ongoing support groups for women who’ve experienced narcissistic abuse and our next group starts Oct 22nd – Email jenniferwoodtherapy@gmail.com to register today!
Are you looking for a support group to help you recover from narcissistic abuse? Are you looking to find women who get what you’ve been through on a level that your family and friends don’t understand?
Our narcissistic abuse recovery support groups offer a space for you to feel validated, understood, and supported by women who have similar stories, and guided by a therapist with knowledge and experience in this type of abuse.
In these support groups you’ll connect with a small, consistent group of women who have also experienced narcissistic abuse in their relationships. I will help guide you in supporting each other, making sense of what you’ve been through, gain understanding and clarity, and find a path toward healing and hope for your future.
The relational wounds from narcissistic abuse heal best in healing relationships. Our support groups offer the opportunity for that healing.
You are not alone in what you’ve been through. Connecting with women who understand can help reduce shame and provide you a place to share your experiences without the judgment, criticism or just plain “you don’t get it” that you might feel when talking to your friends and loved ones.
We get it. And we’re here to help you heal.
Our support groups are closed groups that are conveniently held online and run on an ongoing basis, contact me today to find out more about our current offerings. Groups are international and open to clients in Utah, Florida, and the Netherlands.
Our next group starts Oct 22nd – Email jenniferwoodtherapy@gmail.com to register today!

- Chronic self-doubt due to ongoing gaslighting
- Walking on eggshells with the other person
- Losing your confidence, autonomy, and identify
