In addition to being a marriage & family therapist, Jennifer is also certified meditation coach and teacher as well as a certified yoga instructor.  Guided meditation services can be incorporated into your counseling sessions for no extra cost or offered as a separate service.  You do not need to be a current counseling client to schedule a meditation session.

Meditation has recently become more widely recognized as a powerful tool to aid in managing the stresses of daily life, improving quality of work, relationships, and performance, and better care for one’s emotional and mental health and well-being.  Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for some time, an in-person guided session can help you to better make use of this tool to aid in your own personal journey to healing, recovery and a balanced life.
