I am passionate about the work I do and love  being able to support my clients in making the changes they want in their lives and relationships.

I value treating my clients with empathy, respect, and understanding.  My job is helping you to find hope for a better future and heal from a difficult past by creating healthy habits now.  I have been working with clients in the mental health field for over 17 years in various settings throughout the country including residential treatment centers, community-based therapy, outpatient centers, and my private practice.  As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I have experience treating couples, families, and individuals with many different issues and from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I am licensed as a marriage and family therapist in the states of Florida, Oregon, and Utah.  I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Home and Family Living and received my Master’s degree in Family Therapy from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.  

Some of my favorite things to do when I’m not working are spending time with family and friends, taking care of my garden and my animals, and exploring new cities.
